Very convenient, as the 1-800 pet people want a prescription for what I got here without one. I am very happy they wanted a prescription, since it led me to coming here... which led to me saving about 25 bucks! I’m sold! I’ll be back regularly!

I have been ordering Heartgard Plus for my babies (dogs) since 2014 and I couldn't be more pleased with the product, the length of time to receive it and the wonderful treatment I have received from PetBucket's Customer Service. I order enough to last a year and have it on auto ship. PetBucket is so helpful and willing to change the ship date when I need it. I couldn't be more pleased with PetBucket and their service. Keep up the good work and your professionalism.

I have been using Petbucket for over 5 years now, and the Revolution meds show up as scheduled. This company will send out 2 or 3 emails prior to the meds arriving, so you have plenty of time to cancel or change your order if needed.

Received the Nexgard in great condition and very quickly after placing my order. Since that time I've found other products you stock such as Heartgard at equal savings and which I will order soon. I haven't found any other location on the web that can beat your prices for these normally very expensive products. This is the second time I've been a customer and you can be sure I'll be back again in the future. Thank you.

It took 23 days to come to my house. At 15 days I notified company that it had not arrived. They told me to wait until day 20. At day 21 I called and stated that it had not arrived and they said they would ship another to me. My order arrived on day 21. I called pet bucket and told them it had arrived and not to send next new reorder. Good customer service.

I'm very pleased with Petbucket. The prices are great. You just have to keep in mind the extra shipping time. I'm on an auto purchase and the reminders I get are great. And, if a change needs to be made, I can easily do that as well.
